Corporate events run on a schedule, and the music has to slot into it. Dan has played arrival drinks at conferences, dinner sets at gala nights, the F1 Championship Lounge at Yas Marina, the DP World Tour at Jumeirah Golf Estates and brand activations at Expo 2020 and the World Cup Fanzone at Fairmont The Palm.
The format is a solo singer-guitarist with a loop station, which means a chilled acoustic set for networking and a full-band sound for the party, without a band’s footprint, changeover time or rider. Dan brings his own PA, microphones and lighting for rooms up to a few hundred guests and works with the venue’s AV team for anything larger.
Set lists are built for the brief: background at conversation level, walk-on music for awards, a sing-along closer. Requests from the floor are welcome, and guests can send them from their phones through the request-a-song page.

Questions people ask
How long are the sets?+
Typically two or three sets of 45 to 60 minutes across an evening, but the schedule is built around your run of show. Background music between sets can be provided.
Do you bring your own sound system?+
Yes. Dan brings a PA, microphones and lighting suitable for rooms up to a few hundred guests. For ballrooms and outdoor stages he plugs into the venue's AV system.
Can guests request songs?+
Yes. Guests can send requests from their phones via the request-a-song page and they appear on Dan's screen during the set.
Do you play outside Dubai?+
Yes. Dan regularly plays Abu Dhabi and has performed in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Pakistan for corporate clients.
Can you provide a duo or band?+
Yes. The core act is solo with a loop station, and a second vocalist, saxophonist or full band can be added on request.
